Anyone who—when asked to describe themselves in three words—uses “perpetually hungry” as one (okay, two, but who’s counting), is speaking our language. Also totally sincere, passionate, and an all around rockstar, Kate McCabe deserves all of the snaps this month. After experiencing the negative eects of turning a blind eye to her own health and well-being, she decided to pivot her academic focus—and ultimately her life mission—towards nutrition and psychology: a crossroads in which she recognized a powerful connection. Today, Kate’s goal is to educate, support, and guide individuals in achieving vibrant physical and mental health through the power of food and mindful living.
